1. The service
O Flarive is a service by DevHub Brasil that produces custom promotional videos based on information and files submitted by the client, using artificial intelligence tools (scene, voice, and music generation) and motion graphics editing.
2. Order and payment
The order is confirmed after full payment via PIX. Production begins after payment confirmation. Prices are those listed on the website at the time of the order.
3. Delivery time
The maximum delivery time is 24 hours after payment confirmation. In most cases, the video is ready sooner. The video is delivered via email and on the order page.
4. Revisions
Each video includes 1 free revision, which can change texts, voiceover, music, colors, scene order, and duration. Changes that alter the entire concept of the video are treated as a new order. Additional revisions cost R$ 19,90 each.
5. Client-submitted content
The client declares to have the right to use the photos, videos, logos, brands, and information submitted, and is responsible for the accuracy of prices, promotions, and statements requested for inclusion in the video. We do not produce illegal, misleading, discriminatory, adult content, or content that uses third-party brands and individuals without authorization.
6. Video usage
After payment, the client may freely use the delivered video to promote their own business, including in paid advertisements. AI-generated scenes and voices may be similar to other AI-generated content and are not exclusive. Flarive Flarive only displays the video on the website showcase if the client authorizes it in the order.
7. Refund
If we cannot deliver the video, we will refund 100% of the amount paid. After delivery, the client can use the included revisions to correct the result. Refund requests must be made via email contato@flarive.com.
