1. Data we collect

Name, email, WhatsApp, CPF or CNPJ (required to generate PIX), your business information, and the files you send for video production.

2. What we use it for

To produce and deliver your video, generate and confirm payment, send order notifications, and provide support. We do not sell your data.

3. Who we share it with

With the PIX payment provider (to generate the charge), with the email provider (to send notifications), and with the AI tools used in production, only what is necessary to create the video.

4. How long we store it

We keep order data and files as long as necessary for delivery, revisions, and legal and tax obligations. You can request the deletion of your files at any time.

5. Your rights (LGPD)

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and revoke authorization for display in the showcase, via email contato@flarive.com.
